Paloma currently integrates with Shippo for the fastest way to get labels printed, and updates sent to your customers.

If you prefer a different label provider, you can download your Paloma orders to upload in a 3rd party system instead (like Pirate Ship or Ship Station)

In this guide, we'll share how to get labels for your orders from a 3rd party system in 3 steps:

Step 1: Download your Paloma order data

Note: This step will only work on Desktop devices.

  1. In your Paloma account, navigate to Orders

  2. Select the "More options" menu in the top right

  3. Select "Export to CSV"

  4. Set the date range for the orders you'd like to download

  5. Select the dropdown and choose the label provider you'd like to use for the orders

  6. The CSV file will be downloaded to your computer

Step 2: Upload the orders to your label provider

Now that you have your CSV, visit the label provider's website and upload the orders CSV following their instructions. The label provider's upload instructions may be linked from Paloma's export window for reference (like in the Pirate Ship example above)

Once the orders are in their system, follow their instructions to print the labels.

Step 3: Add the tracking numbers to the orders in Paloma

Now that you have labels for the orders, you'll need to add the tracking information in Paloma – this will mark the orders as fulfilled, and Paloma will send the customer a tracking update via Email and DM.

  1. In Paloma Orders, find the relevant order by searching the Order ID #, or the Customer's Name, Handle, or Email

  2. Select the menu for the Order and choose "Add tracking info"

  3. In the pop up form, enter the Carrier and Tracking Number for the order

  4. Select "Save & continue to share"

  5. Preview the tracking update, and click to send

Tip: In your Paloma Settings, set your "Default shipping carrier" to have this automatically entered in your tracking forms
