If your buyer sees a spinning wheel when they submit their payment information, this is due to their checkout session expiring, and Instagram's app browser not refreshing.
How to solve it
Direct your customer to follow the steps below:
Select the three dots in the top right corner of the Instagram browser
Select "Open in system browser"
Enter their information to complete the checkout
