When using Paloma, the application will receive certain data to be able to manage your shop.
To have your data deleted from Paloma, you can either Deactivate your Paloma account and request Deletion, or contact our support team for specific data deletion without the deactivation of your account.
To make a data deletion request without Deactivating your Paloma account, please contact support@getpaloma.com, and describe what type of data you need deleted.
Data deletion requests take 24-48 business hours to complete, and you'll be notified once it has been processed.
