Paloma works with trusted payment processor, Stripe, to manage transactions and payouts for your store.
During onboarding in Paloma, you'll be guided through creating a Standard Stripe account, under the Paloma platform, and provide a bank account or debit card to direct payouts to.
Initial waiting period
Once that account has been created, the first payout is usually delivered 7-14 days after the first successful payment from a customer is received, with this timeline being longer for certain industries.
Regular payout schedule
After that initial waiting period, payouts are made within 2 days of each customer order.
